  The firm is an agent of LBC express - a freight forwarding firm which picks up boxes in the US for shipping to the Philippines.
  
  They picked up our package a month ago - and gave us a tracking number.
  
  When I pasted the tracking number into the LBC website - I received an error.
  
  I called up the number to inquire about the status of my package - and I have not received a return call at all, zilch, nada, nothing.
  
  Be careful in dealing with this company. You can get RIPPED OFF!
