  If I could leave a negative star I would! We ordered food from them around 1:40pm and they weren't delivered until 2:30pm. We ordered 2 large Greek salads and 1 small Greek salad , mega cheese burger with tots, and a extra side of tots.
  When we finally received our food the tots were burnt, all 3 salads were Chief salads instead of Greek, and the burger was soggy as if had been sitting out for a while. When we called in about this one of the employees there told us that " We are to busy" There is no excuse, this is a restaurant and being busy should make you want to do your jobs correctly to continue the steady business you are getting. We have received a response from the Owner after we have reviewed this company. Stating they were having an inspection and this is why they were " To busy" We can understand the fact that there is a lot going on, but let me lay on some Customer service statements that could have been used in the case" I do apologize that you received the incorrect food and this is something we take seriously, I am not the one that can handle this for you, but I assure you I will get someone to take care of this for you. " BOOM customer service done correctly. This is unacceptable and needs to be handled.
