  I walked into the store at 1:30 pm Sunday afternoon. Took a break from visiting my dad in the hospital because I my phone was knocked out of my hand and shattered the screen. Its 5 years old so figured i would get an S8Active. There were 2 people ahead of me, each being helped by one of the 2 employees.
  At 2:20 I left without anyone ever saying hello, we'll be with you, or anything whatsoever. Unacceptable. I understand they were busy with those 2 whole clients but I'm a 20 plus year customer and I deserve to at least be acknowledged. Maybe a time estimate or something would be nice.
  I left and went back to the hospital with dad because I only had 90 minutes (should be enough) and they weren't even near finishing up.
  So thanks for nothing and taking my time as well. Great to be stuck at the hospital without communication - the most important time to have it.
