  I had a co-worker who went to see Dr. Edwards for some work. In the past his office had been a wonderful experience when compared to some of the nightmares out there. This time she was chewed out not only about her insurance (not paid due to an office snafu), but also about a completely unrelated medical condition. They even called another doctor's office and gave out her medical information without permission. I had planned on trying his services, but I don't think I'm willing to put up with the constantphone calls at work and home that her mother and I have fielded. Tears of pain after appointments and abusive calls are not my idea of quality care.
