  Why one star? Because it won't let me file a review with NO stars!
  
  We are new to the area and in April I began looking for a place to board my three fur children when we have to travel and they are not able to come along. I liked what I saw from the web pages and began an email dialog to learn rates and such. I was pleased with their rates and confirmed the dates I would need them in May were available. When she told me they were I told her I would like to make a reservation and asked what she would need from me. She told me to just bring proof of vaccinations with me when I dropped them off.
  
  I arrived the morning I scheduled to drop them off and cold not find anyone so I called, a gentleman answered who seemed a little irritated by my call and surprised I was at their door. He asked me about my reservation and if she knew I was bringing them by today I told him that she and I had been in contact many times through email and that I had scheduled for today. He picked up a spiral notebook and showed me where all it said was my name and that there were three dogs, no other information. I didn't know what he was getting at so I just said "Yes that's me". He started tapping the book hard asking me why there isn't more information if she was aware that I was coming. I told him I honestly didn't know and told him how she told me to bring the vaccination proof that was it. He just kept thumping the book showing me how she has details about everyone else, but not me. I again answered as honestly as I could, I don't know why that is. I told him that if there is an application or something I can complete it now, I'm here and I have the vaccination proof. I honestly wasn't understanding the problem. He just kept asking me why she wouldn't get the information from me if I was talking to her through email. I told him again I DON'T KNOW! By now my gut is asking me "If this guy is going to treat YOU this way, how will he treat your fur kids?" and I told him to just forget it, I have no desire to leave my babies there and walked out.
  
  If this man has no patience for someone who can actually speak to him and try to work out why he is mad, how many times does he lose his patience with dogs who can't speak for themselves? Do yourself a favor and find a better place!
