  Absolutely love this place! Always good service and never have to wait long no matter how busy it is! Me and my fiancé always get 10 wings and split the brisket burger and it is perfect every time!

  This place is trash. The food is decent but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time on this poor, dirty, sketchy, "wingshack".

  I was very disappointed with my visit to Rachel's. I'v been reading the reviews and seeing a lot of good comments about the food and I would agree but what makes me give this establishment 1 star is their beyond terrible customer service. The employees here who take the orders treat you like dirt. I received attitude upon ordering and what was even better was the fact that the employee accused ME of having the attitude. The point of working in service is for you to serve the customers not treat them like you're above them. As far as the customer is concerned, you should be polite and courteous to them because it is YOUR JOB! What leaves a long lasting impression in a customers mind is the way they were treated. For that reason I will never come back to this place because I do not feel like I was treated with the type of customer service I deserve being someone who is willing to spend my money. It's not only about the food but also hospitality.
