  A few months ago I met with the funeral director Pamela Gage for an appointment to set up service for my dad.I was appaulled! This woman not only insulted my intelliganced but told me what i wanted and would not back off.At a time like this,no one should have to feel like this.She is a fake!! and it shows...Quoted me two different prices,not even realizing that I was taking notes at the time.I also picked up on how she treats her staff. She intimidates them and the looks she receives as they are walking away tells me that they do not care for her.One name i do remember was Jason.Seemed like a genuine person.Needless to say,I moved on to Deltona memorial and never looked back.I am a business owner in Deltona and will certainly spread the word.
