  The only way to schedule is via their Website - they don't accept phone calls. I had a reference number for the work ordered by my physician, but the Website does not have a field to enter the number. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to be told that the ordered test can only be done before 8:00 AM. I was right there in front of the receptionist, but she would not reschedule me. I was told I had to use the Website. She was rude, and she cared not a flip that I followed their procedures for scheduling, drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told the lab work needed to be done before 8:00 AM. The staff act as if they are herding cattle. No respect for their consumers.
