  I was a bit hesitant to switch from my primary doctor to Dr. Christine Aziz, but I'm thankful because I made the right decision. I wanted to thank you Dr. Christine for sincere and caring approach. You took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. I felt like you were talking to one of your own family members. It was refreshing not to feel like another number.

  This office has denied to give me my medical records TWICE now. Legally they have to give them to me in some form or another. I will be reporting them to the Office of Civil Rights concerning this.
  Other things about this office - the staff is extremely rude, both in person and on the phone, and they do not call you back. You have to continuously call them in order to get some form of response.
